Forskolin 500 mg was an positive experience.  It kept my appetite under control.  I was not having the hunger feeling during the afternoon hours.  Helped with the snacking especially the Halloween Candy.  Too soon to tell about the trimming of the waist line but will see.  No side effects or any jitters.  Made in the USA!  Also is a website to assist listed on the bottle.  I would recommend this product.
