Received this Cooling Pad at a discounted price for my honest opinion.  This is the best cooling system I have ever used.  It have safety stopped when you use the legs to tilt up.  It cooled off my PS4 and I also tried my laptop.  It is quiet and easy to use, just plug into the USB port and it is ready to go.  Very well constructed and durable.  Comes with a USB cable.  I love how you can tilt it up, especially using a laptop, and the safety levers so the game system or laptop does not slide off.  This product I recommend to anyone who has a game system or a laptop that needs to be kept cool.
