Star, Portion Control Kit, this is great, you especially when you do not have enough time to measure or weight out your meals.  This are color coded and size for the correct size portion of your meal.  You great a very handy booklet with detailed instructions.  Very simple to use and such a time saver, place you meal in the correct container and your ready to go.  What a great way to prepare you meal in little time.  They are very well made, love the colors.  Each has a matching lid.  Very easy clean up, hand or dishwasher.  Great idea especially when you do not have that time for measuring or weighting.  Great!  Thank you for allowing me to try your product .
