I received this at a discounted price for my honest opinion, and my opinion is very questionable. I have had this product now for about 5 days, and I can say I have seen or felt no difference while taking these supplements. Unsure if you have to take for a longer period of time for any type of changes. The ingredients are of all natural, which I am pleased with that. What I did notice is that it really gave me more energy during that day, so I can say this does give you energy without side effects of jitters. The pills are capsules which make them easier to swallow, and you just take 2, I would suggest in the morning or early afternoon because of the energy it gives you. My opinion of this product I honestly say no difference but will continue to use until bottle is gone and see if any results, if I notice anything I will update on this post.

Having a very comfortable workout gloves has been great. These gloves are very well made, and they fit great. I purchased these to help with the recovery from surgery, and using light weights right now, and I was having a hard time because my hand also had surgery and have been using a towel to protect my hands. These are great I am able to hold the light weights without causing any pain in the palm of my hand. I have been using silicone ice cube trays that make square shapes, but these are really neat. These make round ice cubes that really last so much longer than ordinary ice cubes. It makes four round shaped ice cubes, and very easy to use, just simply place water into the holes and freeze. They come out very easy with no problems. Being that this are solid and larger they last so much longer in your drinks, less water down. Then I got 6 silicon coaster with a holder. These are great, the even hold the sweat from your glasses within the holders. Both items are very easy to clean and you can even put these into your dishwasher. Very pleased with both of these items, The coasters are really nice, flexible and large enough for bigger glasses. These really brighten up an ordinary vase, with elegance. These are 2 sets of LED lights, that are battery operated, no plug required for these. Having a set of gel markers that even have glitter has been wonderful. These are great gel pens, such brilliant colors and so many to choose from. First off I want to say that this great!! I am one of those people who cannot make a decent hanburger patty for nothing, and plus I hate touching raw meat. Since living in Florida we do much swimming, in ponds, lakes, ocreans, pools, and springs. Having a well made mask and fins is important. This of swimming equipment has a full face mask which I am really impressed with, covers well and used in my pool and had no problems with leaks. The snorkel worked very well it was a little tough getting full amounts of air, but it kept out the water when going under and blowing it out. It was easy to attach, I have not place the go pro on yet since I am waiting until I go to the springs with the Manatees. The flippers at first was not very impressed, they fail to mention to remove the piece inside that is holding the shape of the flippers. They were so uncomfortable until I realized that piece comes out, these are not well fitting for anyone who's foot is over 10. Otherwise the fins are very secure, does help with the swimming. This comes with a nice mesh bag for travel and helps to dry them. I give these a 4 star rating only because of the fins. The mask is a 5 star. Just remember to remove the inner piece of the fins. First before I state how well these work, I love the patriotic design on these bands, I am a mother of 3 US Army Soldiers, and having anything patriotic is important me any my family. I am giving these to my oldest son, he is a weight lifter. I did try these on and they were very comfortable and wrap securely. Since being in a car accident, I have been having to wear a knee brace, along with wrist and neck. My knee brace was getting wore out and I needed to purchase a new one, I saw this on amazon, and it looked like it would be perfect. After receiving, I noticed that this was very well made, the thickness was great, much more padding than I expected. Also the length was so much better it really gave my knee the support I need. I ordered a large, which I was worried it might be too big, but I think the size runs a little small, it was tighter than I expected. It fit put it was tight, I am hoping it was just cause of the swelling in my knee causing it to be too tight, you may want to go up a a size larger especially if you knee swells. I am keeping this, it may be tight when my knee swells, but I really like this, I like the feel of this and how it really does help support my knee. So, if you have any swelling go up a size. I have good days and bad with swelling so I am still very happy with this product. I placed on my other knee and it it was good, still a little tight.
