I cannot say enough about how this product has really helped my husband.  We have tried many different product to help during flare ups and I seen these and I really liked the reviews I read, so I purchased these products.  These are really wonderful, and have made a great difference for him.  These are very comfortable to use and easy, no messy, or smelling scent.   First you get two separate gel packs, which are both very well made and formed great.  They are held in a case with a snug lid.  You place these in the freezer, if your wanting them cold, or if you need warmth you can place these in the microwave.  Which ever your needed cold or heat.  This is so perfect for your pain.  You place them where you need and you can comfortably sit on these, apply for about 15 minutes at a time, and as many times as you need during the day.  Give yourself at least a hour separating at a time.  I would recommend these to anyone whom has hemorrhoids. They are extremely painful and this really helps ease the pain and swelling during flare ups.  These come very well packaged with detailed instructions are located on the back of the box.  Thank you for allowing me to try your product  I recommend this product.
