Green Earth Pan Textured, frying pan.  Beyond fantastic, I love this frying pan. So well made. I have been cooking for years and have never had such a wonderful pan. Not too heavy, like some others. Non sticking which is a big plus for me since I do not like to cook with oils or butter. This also heats evenly on the pan, no hot spots. The bottom texture is just great. This pan is made with no heavy metals or chemicals. PTFE and PFOA free ceramic non-stick coating.  Came with a pan protector, for stacking pans, saves from scratching.  You would not be disappointed with the pan.   I recommend this to anyone who cooks.
