PS Seasoning & Spices, Jerky Kit variety pack.  TOTALLY AWESOME!!  This is an amazing product, I have never made jerky before.  You do not need a dehydrator.  Just your oven or smoker, you can use a dehydrator.  My husband cut up some lean meat, and we used the Honey BBQ first, and the smell made your mouth water.  You soak for 8 hours in the refridgerator, then dry meat in oven.  Comes with detailed instructions on different ways to dry your meat.  My husband really was impressed with this product, just as I was.  He is waiting to make deer jerky from his hunting trip later tonight.
