Limm, Jump Rope, this is a very well made jump rope.  The handles are really nice and very comfortable on the hands, no blisters.  You can easily adjust the length of the jump rope, so many different heights of people can use, it has great directions on the back of the package to show you how.  They also have a web site listed on the package for more information.  Using this is for any level of jumping for first timers, to the speed jumpers.  This is great exercise, and really gets you moving.  This nothing like the jump ropes I have when I was young.  Really do enjoy this product.  Sharing my views with my friends, family and followers is very important.
