Rapunzel, Hair and Nail Rescue, liquid keratin supplement.  This is very easy to take, just take one tablespoon daily.  The is full of great nutrients for you skin, hair and nails.  Does not have a bad taste for a liquid supplement, some are pretty nasty.  Taking keratin really is very beneficial to your body.  It is easily digested, since being in a liquid form.  Have been taking for 5 days now, and have seen no fas changes but my skin is looking healthier and my hair is starting to shine just a little each day.  Nails take longer but I have faith that is going to help my nails become stronger and healthier.  Very pleased with the quality and quantity of this supplement.   Sharing my views with my friends, family and followers is very important.
