Professional Gel Nail Files, these are very nice boards.  I am very happy using these, they have a great course side for using on your nails, they also work on you nails, and work great on gel nails.  They are very thick foam.  They are also very nice length almost 7 inches in length.  These are very easy to hold, very comfortable. love the thickness.  I am able to easily take care of my nails without having to always run to the saloon.  I did show these to my ladies at the nail saloon and they liked them, I did give them my link .  Sharing my views with my friends, family and followers is very important.
