My mother has been having problems with her feet, with arthritis and I wanted to buy her compression sleeves for her feet. For the use just simply slide onto your feet and your ready. These work just fine with shoes, these are thin enough even if you wanted to wear under socks. This has three different colors, done very well. The compression is perfect, not too much or too less. She said she really felt a difference in her feet during the day, and when she was ready for bed, her feet were to hurting so badly. Easy to take care of, she hand washes in cold water.
