Outstanding men's military style watch, just amazing.  First this watch has many functions, not just for tie.  It has a back LED lighting with a push of a button.  You can set it to chime on the hour, it also has a daily alarm whic sounds very good.  You can choose to see time in 12 Hour or 24 Hour functions.  is has 1/1000 second Chronograph with split function.  This comes with a great instruction manual which is great because I would have never figured out all the cool functions.  It has kept perfect time since purchasing.  It comes is a beautiful gift box, love it.  Plus is it well protected when delivered, bubble wrap and screen covering.  This watch is also on a little black pillow.  The Band is very durable and well made, can handle and of abuse.  Back of watch states water resistant, so hand washing or caught in the rain, but I would not try to swim without more information.  Very pleased with this watch,  An all around terrific watch.
