Fitness Answered, Resistance Bands.  This is for a set of four resistant bands.  Very durable and well made bands.  In this set you get four different strength of bands.  Light, medium, heavy and xheavy.  Each have a different color red, green, blue and black.  Very easy to use, and you can start off with the light and more up.  Their are many exercises that you can do with these bands.  This can be for to novice to an power builder.  Myself a novice, and lightweight.  Very simple to use or you can adjust to your own needs.  I recommend this for just about anyone because you choose your leave of activity, and you can do it in the privacy of your own home. Sharing my views with my friends, family and followers is very important.
