Fitness Answered,  Suspension Trainer Bands, for off this is not for me, it is suspension.  I gave these to my sons, whom are in the military. This is something they really enjoy using.  Since they are always training, this is something they can use in the barracks along with their units.  They said it was easy to hook up from the ceiling.  The workouts were intense and did a great job.  This helps with legs, arms, stomach, back and chest.  Quote "Mom this is awesome, we are using it everyday".  Well enough said, they love it along with the unit.  It is getting used everyday, by many soldiers.  Well made to with stand them.  Sharing my views with my friends, family and followers is very important.
