Uvernal, Organic Matcha, Pure Green Tea Powder.  What a delightful powder, loved it.  First you decide what you want to make, you can mix with all kinds of things from cookies, cakes, ice cream even yogurt.  I preferred to make a cup of hot steaming tea.  I was given a cookbook ebook from the company on many recipes.  Make a hot cup of water, and place the amount you would like and stir, I used about a 1/2 teaspoon.  You do not have to add anything because the taste is great.  If you do not know the benefits of green tea here is a few things, fat blocker, stimulate metabolism and antioxidants.  This is also USDA Organic.  Sharing my views with my friends, family and followers is very important.
