Secret Omega, Purified Omega 7, Fish Oil.  This is a great supplement to help with you well being, and joints.  You only need to take one tablet a day, not like some others.  Very easy to swallow, not harsh taste.  Taking this supplement with fish oil it has not fishy smell or fishy burps.  This has been purified to remove mercury.  Also, gluten, dairy and soy free which is very important.  I have really enjoyed taking this supplement.  If you like taking fish oil, this is the one to take.   Thank you for allowing me to try your product  I recommend this product.
