Mr. Cookware, Microplane Zester-Grater, this is really nice. It is nice and sharp which makes grating my lemons and oranges so much easier. Has a great handle that is easy to grip and does not slip out of your hand. Comes with a snap on protection cover for when not in use. Come with a cute little cleaning brush, awesome. Blade is made of stainless steel. You will be really happy having this in your kitchen. Thank you for allowing me to try your product I recommend this product.
