Fitness Answered Training,  You get such an amazing set of bands, with everything you need to a great workout.  First these come in a very hand bag, as seen in photo.  All the colored bands have different weight strengths, they are all labeled.  Each band has a safety covering if for some reason the band snaps the fabric will stop it for hitting you or something else.  You get two set of hand grips, they are also colored.  Plus many strap loops for different workouts.  Also a doorstopper for using the door.  I was able to view many videos on youtube to see all the different workout you can do with these and how intense you can go.  This can be used by anyone, and at any level of exercise your wanting to do.  These are very well made and high quality.  I give this a 5 Star Plus.  Sharing my views with my friends, family and followers is very important.
