I was able to purchase these at a discounted price for my honest opinion, and I have to say these a nice watch for either a man or a woman.   The watch face is very clear and easy to read.  The band is done is red, white and blue which I am very patriotic and love it.  It is easy to adjust to many different sized wrists.  It is battery operated as stated on the back side of this watch.  The cons that I noted, no seconds hand, and it does not come with any paperwork.  So I am unable to say if it is water proof or not.  It does keep good time that I noticed.
